The previous post has some amazing pieces of furniture. Those types of pieces usually come with a hefty price tag so I thought it would be fun to find some items that have a similar look that you can make your own. Some of these items would need some altering (I hate to admit they may require you to bust out the dreaded sander.) If it were up to me, I’d rub ‘n buff the sconce and sand and stain the headboard/side table. I do like the color of the dresser so I’d try to match all the other wood to that. I believe sweat equity will make you cherish something more than simply buying the original piece.
